Description:
Sharps Borchardt .30-40 rifle for sale. The receiver was made by Al Story of the Borchardt Rifle Company and the rifle made by Richard McKinney of the Schuetzen Gun Company. The rifle was made for me. The barrel is a 26" Lilja, 1/2 round, 1/2 octagon. The stock is California English walnut witha 13 1/4 " LOP. Ebony fore end. Narrow rubber buttpad. Engraved nicely by Ben Lane. Scope bases. Weight 9lb. 11.5oz. Receiver is French grey. Small scratch on the receiver (engraving not affected). Round count is 138. The rifle groups about an inch at 100 yards with a variety of bullets. The rifle is like new and is gorgeous. The rifle will be advertised on other venues. I reserve the right to end the sale once the rifle is sold. Thanks.
