Description:
Beautiful L.C. Smith Skeet Special Grade 12ga gun made in 1949. This gun made with 28" barrels that have high rib and small front bead. Beavertail forend with roll type release. Made with Hunter One Trigger, auto ejectors. Gun has original beautiful American Walnut straight grip buttstock with original checkered butt. The gun is nicely engraved in typical Premier Skeet pattern.
This gun remains in excellent overall condition. The barrels retain nearly all of their fine factory rust blue. Stocks are sound and retain nearly all of a professionally restored hand rubbed finish which is near indistinguishable from original. The action retains about 40%++ original case color. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Gun is tight on face and mechanics are crisp. This is really a good clean gun!
