Description:
***SOLD*** Smith & Wesson Model One-And-A-Half .32 Rimfire revolver, First Issue, dated to 1865-68. This pistol features a 5 shot non-fluted cylinder, ribbed octagonal barrel, and a rich blued steel frame with rosewood grips. The finish appears genuine and original, as do the grips. The pistol is in great working order, with solid timing and good lockup, and a solid, fully operable trigger. The pistol has some wear in the corner of the blued finish, with other small blemishes in areas shown in the photos. The bore has some minor wear and small pits, however the chambers are in great shape. The barrel hinge is just a bit loose, which is comon with these old revolvers. This is a stunning example of a rare S&W Model 1 1/2 first issue, in spectacular condition for it's age. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the pistol.
