Description:
This is a collector quality vintage Winchester 22 cal. semi-auto rifle, that shoots the LR cartridge. The ammo is fed from a 10 round magazine that slides into the trigger housing. The model 77 was built from 1955-1963, as a new design to replace the model 63, which was became too expensive to produce. All aspects of this gun are original and in exceptional condition for it's age. The factory walnut stock shows only light handling marks to the original finish, and fits proud to butt plate. The metal surfaces display 98% or better, of the original deep factory blue, with crisp script and proof marks. This gun is factory grooved to accommodate the vintage Weaver B4 scope and mounts that come with it.
