Description:
Here is a Springfield Armory 1911-A1 straight from their renown custom shop. Manufactured in 2016, this Custom Carry Champion is chambered in 9mm and features a 4" bull barrel, full-length heavy frame, heavy slide, 4.5lb STI trigger, flat wire recoil spring, extended ambi thumb safety, Novak tritium sights, one-piece mag well, 20 LPI hand cut frontstrap/backstrap, black G10 grips, od green frame, and black slide. Both the slide and frame are in excellent condition with the smallest amount of high-edge wear and minuscule amounts of handling wear. The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, and shows no signs of pitting. The slide-to-frame fitment is superb, and the action is buttery smooth. The owner did replace the sights with a newer set of Novak tritium sights, which are exactly like what came on the gun from the custom shop. The STI trigger breaks beautifully at 4.5 pounds with the absolute smallest amount of creep. Included with this 1911 is the original box, 4 magazines, and the original Springfield Custom Shop certificate. Don't miss out on an opportunity to own one of these exceptionally handcrafted 1911s!
