Description:
32 inch round barrel with an excellent bore chambered in caliber 40-70. Mid range tang peep sight, combination Remington open barrel sight and Spirit level front sight. Single set trigger. Wood is in good condition with some nice figure and sharp checkering. Steel buttplate. Forearm is in good condition as well with what appears to be some added checkering. A little courser than that on the buttstock. Overall all metal has most original bright blue with the receiver retaining about half of the original case color. A good looking sharp gun.
