Description:
This is a very well made George Lawrence Gun belt rig with holster and spare cylinder pouch for .22 caliber Ruger Single-Six revolvers and others such as the Colt Frontier Scout with 5 ½ inch barrels. All of the pieces are marked “The George Lawrence Co. / Portland Oregon" with the belt measuring 2 ½ inches wide for waist sizes roughly 30 to 34 inches marked “79 / M / 22" with 25 cartridge loops in excellent condition overall with some verdigris around the loops and light use marks. The holster is in near excellent condition with a few minor handling marks, features a retention strap for the hammer of the revolver, and is marked “79 / (company logo) / 579". A George Lawrence pouch with snap secured flap is positioned opposite the revolver, next to the cartridge loops, capable of holding loose ammunition or a spare revolver cylinder.
