Surgeon Rifles Scalpel, 6.5 Creedmoor. I'm a longtime Surgeon dealer, and special ordered this eye catching precision rifle. Ordered with a 24" Bartlein Heavy Palma barrel, fluted, threaded muzzle 5/8x24, 1:8 twist. Tactical bolt handle, McMillan A3-5 tactical fiberglass stock in Sonoran Desert Transition Camo, metal is FDE Cerakote. Seekins rail mounted under the fore end for bipod mounting. Atlas bipod not included, but can be purchased separately. Comes with 1-5 round magazine, in a nice, large Plano rolling hard case. Shipping, via UPS Ground, insured, CONUS, is $85.00.
