Description:
Pristene Beretta ASE 90 Trap and Pigeon model. The ASE 90 has an outstanding record in Bunker trap performance with two gold medals in Olympic competition. This firearm was manufactured toward the end of the production run in the Beretta custom shop ( 1993 ). These later models were produced with additional engraving, Beretta logo in the grip and upgraded wood.
This particular gun was sent to Eyster Gunworks in 2020 to have the barrels upgraded to the modern Beretta Optima HP bore dimensions for improved performance ($1200 ). The outstanding results in pattern performance is illustrated in the proof sheet shown in the last photo. All tests were performed with three types of factory ammo.
The fully adjustable comb ( $500 ) was added to accommodate most shooters and the length of pull is 14 1/2" with a 3/4" pad. This gun weighs a nimble 8lbs 5oz. With the 29 1/2" barrels. The extra trigger group ( $500 ) is in new condition and fires the bottom barrel first ...same as the original trigger group. The original plastic case is in good condition.
