**SOLD** Colt SAA 45 U.S. Artillery long barrel Militia gun, Cal. 45, blue/brown/patina gun, a good bore, 7 ½” barrel, Manufactured in Hartford Connecticut in 1885 on top of the barrel one line Colt address and on the side of the frame is three line patent address with U.S. and on the bottom of the back strap is a big C 55. This is an all matching your barrel, cylinder, back strap, trigger guard. Comes with excellent one piece wood grips cartouche in the grips but cannot make it out. Mechanically in good condition with tight cylinder lockup. Serial number 1150XX. Comes with a factory letter this gun was shiped to U.S. Government on September 8, 1885 this gun was refurbish in 1895 by Colt The barrel were not shortened
