This SKB Model XL900, 12 ga. auto shotgun. Serial #S2,115,809, was made in Japan and is New in box. … = The Original Price Was $2,495. = Now, Only $1,995
New unfired in the matching numbered Box. 26”inch Vent-Rib barrel has a mint bore and 100% blue. 2 ¾” chamber, with the Scarce "IMP CYL." Choke. Receiver has attractive silver side panels with etched game bird scenes. Stock and forearm have 100% glossy finish and extensive checkering.
This Gun was originally purchased by Colonel. Rex. Applegate, who was famous in WWII for his work with the Office of Strategic Services and bodyguard for Roosevelt.
Documentation included describing Col. Applegate’s WWII services. Also included is the original shipping box with Col. Applegate’s address & tha Shipping label Dated July 29th, 1979. This Shotgun Gun remains unfired. This is a very Interesting piece for the WWII collector!
