It has the 4 inch barrel chambered for the 38 Special. The bore and chambers are bright and minty looking. This Smith & Wesson is in near new condition. There is the usual drag line between the chamber stops. The Color cased hammer and trigger are bright and vivid colored. The original military finish would rate a 99% overall condition. The original smooth wood grips are also in near new condition. The top frame strap is stamped U.S. Property G.H.D. The screws are in very fine condition showing no sign of being unscrewed. This Smith & Wesson is a high grade Collectors gun! It is quite rare to see a Victory model in this fine of condition!
