This is a custom made threaded barrel and photos show everything about it except that it has a perfect bore and chamber. Anyone may purchase this item as it is just a barrel. However, it may only be legally posessed as follows:
a. On or With a Ruger Charger Pistol or Receiver (or a clone thereof)
b. On or With a Ruger 10/22 SBR registered with ATF as an SBR (or a clone thereof)
It is a felony to posess this barrel with or on a Ruger 10/22 Rifle (or clone thereof) that has not been previously registered as an SBR with BATF.
Shipping/insurance adds $14.95 to the cost of the barrel.
