While most people are familiar with the Franchi SPAS-12, few folks are acquainted with this relative of the Franchi tactical shotgun series, the Law-12. While the Franchi SPAS-12 was set up to run as a semi-auto or a pump-action shotgun, depending on the ammo that was being used, the Law-12 is set up to only fire only semi-auto. The LAW-12 uses the same receiver as the SPAS with a different fore-end, understanding that there would be users that did not need a pump-automatic function. The LAW-12 is an extremely lightweight shotgun, and it boasts an 8-round capacity, making it an extremely desirable tactical option for the day.
This shotgun features a 2 ¾-inch chamber with a fixed cylinder choke. The muzzle is threaded for extended chokes or muzzle brakes that were made for the SPAS-12.
