(Sale Pending)Smith and Wesson model 17-4 22 caliber revolver with the 8 3/8 inch barrel. Revolver appears as new with just a faint turn line on the cylinder. I have collected S&W's for years and have to believe this is a special order gun. Target hammer, smooth target trigger and presentation stocks. Red ramp front, white outline rear sights. Here is the weird thing. Comes with mahogany box and tools that fit the gun perfectly. No paperwork. I tried to put an "N" frame gun in it and it doesn't fit. I have never seen a mahogany box for any gun but the "N" frame guns so........ I should get this lettered but just have too many irons in the fire. Pictures show this amazing package. Please add $45 for shipping and insurance to your FFL.
