Description:
SOLD Markings on the backstrap...AM. RY. EXP. It stands for American Railway Express. The revolver was made in 1926. Bore in the 4" barrel is bright and shiny. No issues. Overall it does not show much use at all. Action is smooth and tight. It works perfectly. Grips are excellent and show little wear. Fit is perfect. As the pictures show, markings are clear and original. A very high percentage of the original blue finish remains. There is a small amount of freckling as shown. This revolver is one of the best examples of a Railway Express gun I have seen. It will make a great addition to any collection. Please feel free to ask quesitons. Link to more pictures available.
