Here's a NIB 39 AWL that's never been fired never been loaded not even handled except for these pictures. Been stored long time in a humidity controlled room. The gun is perfect and knockdown gorgeous. Marlin made 2000 of these in 1997 for Walmart and to be sold by Walmart to promote wildlife conservation. The 39 AWL has beautiful select American walnut and is engraved and hand checkered in fine diagonal pattern. It has an octagon half round 24 inch barrel. It comes in its original shipping box labeled to the rifle. It is very similar to the model 1897 C L Classic.
