This third series Colt Woodsman Match Target 22LR pistol is circa 1972. It has the desirable 4.5"" barrel which has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The giun has approx. 99% blue. The checkered wood target grips are excellent with light wear. It is equipped with the correct Colt Cal 22 magazine. The action functions correclty. The correct box is fair with an open corner on the upper and lower half. It is numbered to another third series Match Target. A warranty card and instruction pamphlet are in the box. It is interesting to note that this series of Match Target is not marked Woodsman on the gun. This is a super Match Target!
