I am getting old and need to move some guns. This was built for me as a praire dog rifle but sadly it never got used other than work up load at the range. This rifle shoots like a bench gun. Literally one hole groups at 100 yards. It has a 24 inch Lilja barrel with a 1 in 12 twist. The action was trued professionally and is one of the most desireable 700 actions with a serial number not preceeded with a letter. The gun was flawless untill about a hour ago when I went to get it out of the safe for photgraphs. I hit the top of the comb on the corner of the safe door and put a ding on the comb. This is a special rifle that shoots even better that it looks. You will be more than pleased! The stock is a McMillan and is professionally finished with automotive paint.
