This dangerous game double is chambered and regulated for a .470 Nitro Express cartridge with a 500 grain bullet, capable of taking just about anything that walks the earth! This classically styled and expertly-made double rifle features 23 & 3/8ths inch barrels with 3-leaf express style sights, double triggers, auto ejectors, and a 3 fastener boxlock action. The original stock set is checkered Walnut with nice straight and supremely-strong straight grain in all the places it matters. This double rifle has perfect mechanics and the original factory finishes are in excellent condition. All of the controls are in perfect working order and the triggers are excellent, breaking with a light, consistent pull. This William Douglas & Sons Custom Double Rifle has not even begun to be broken-in yet!
