Colt New Sevice in scarce 44-40, improved Model with internal locking improvements. Serial number 59180, manufactured in 1913.
7 1/2 inch barrel with strong rifling in decent, shootable bore. Typical Colt lock-up, hammer drop locks up cylinder in correct position and tight Lock-up. Overall finish pretty much gone, bright metal showing throughout. Lightly engraved social security number inside curve of grip, easily removed. See third photo. $498 plus $35 insured shipping.
