Gun has a replacement brass cover on the one side that doesn't fit too well. It is the wrong color and its also missing the loading gate. Other than that its a pretty good looking old gun with a aged yellow deep patina 20 inch barrel chambered in 44 Center Fire caliber. Other than that its a pretty good looking old gun with a aged yellow deep patina coloration to the brass. It has all original wood in generally good condition with a rifle style buttplate. Barrel and mag have turned a deep plum brown patina coloration. Has functioning action with correct sight except the rear sight is missing the ladder that flips up. An example piece from the Western Frontier.
