This fine and beautiful Benelli 28 gauge Legacy has had very little use--not that that would matter much with a Benelli! I bought it specifically for a grouse hunting trip in NE Pennsylvania where I am originally from. Never saw a grouse and so never fired a shot with it on that hunt. I did shoot it about seven or eight times patterning it at our local trap range prior to that hunt. As you can see, the wood, though not absolutely perfect, has exceptional grain that stands out and just makes you feel good.
It is in excellent mechanical condition. The rib has a little spot where it isn't perfect but that is just a minor cosmetic thing. It handles superbly and is easy to carry all day. This is a piece of art, that is tough and that you can shoot:)! The barrel is 26" (though to the body, it actually measures 25"). It comes with the original Benelli custom case--it's gray plastic and is very handy and useful. The installed choke (easy to change with it's knurled top) is Modified. It shoots perfectly, needs nothing but a new owner and will make you a very nice and desirable long term investment.
