Description:
Very early Model 21 in 16 gauge with splinter forearm, extractors, single trigger. 28" barrels marked Mod and Full, but actually gauge out at IC & IM. Wood finish excellent. Metal very good but shows its age, especially at carry point on bottom of receiver. Wrist was broken in the past and has been expertly repaired by Classic Smokepoles LLC of Lyman, Maine, who also replaced both hammers, both sears and hammer springs, and both sear and hammer pins. Sears and hammers were fitted and timed. LOP 14 1/4 over original buttplate. Weighs 6 lbs 11 oz. In short, this old pheasant killer has a new lease on life. 28", splinter forend, extractors, SST - perfect in the cornfield. Price includes shipping and insurance.
