These late 70's cased guns get a lot of attention in the marketplace, and continue to command lofty prices. They are instantly recognizable, and one of the best ideas Colt had in that era. Made in the year of our Lord 1977, she is in wonderful condition. The Colt blue is rich and deep, the case color like only Colt can produce, and fitted with gorgeous walnut grips. It has not been fired or turned since leaving the factory. An unfluted cylinder is icing on the cake. The engraving is highly detailed and done in deep relief. You instantly feel the engraving as soon as you handle this wheel gun. Chambered in Colt's own .45, this Custom Shop creation is sure to gain in value. Factory engraved Colts have really taken a jump in demand and price lately, some going into 5 figures at the big national sales. I will price this one at the old standard.
