Occupied Czechoslovakia Production with HOLSTER
Here we present a Nazi German CZ 27 Pistol, made circa 1942 in Czechoslovakia. The Model 27 was adopted by the Third Reich upon their seizure of ?eská zbrojovka after their invasion and occupation in 1939. Many of these semi-automatic, .32 ACP blowback pistols were manufactured until the end of the war, becoming somewhat less finished toward the end in an attempt to save on cost, time and resources. The machining marks grew more visible and the blue applied to the earlier guns was changed to a phosphate finish. Many of these were put in the hands of officers and police during World War II.
This specimen is marked “fnh Pistole Modell 27/Kal.7,65” on the left side of the slide with various Nazi German acceptance marks throughout. The pistol is marked with “Eagle/WaA76” “Eagle/Swastika” proof marks.
The overall condition is very good. Original finish/patina. The action is excellent. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The grip is chipped at the top of the right side. The leather flap holster is a bit tattered.
