Maybe fired one cylinder? If at all- this has likely been carried, but really doesn't look like it was ever fired. No burn marks on the face of the cylinder, equally nothing at the breechplate. Small wear marks on the outside and on the grips tell me it was carried. Sorry- no box or papers. $35 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
