Marked "HOPKINS & ALLEN MFG CO. / PAT. MCH 28.71 MAY 27.79 / XL No 5 / 38 CAL. CENTRE FIRE" on the Top-Strap. Blade front sight, groove in frame rear sight. Checkered hard rubber grips.
Fine with 80% Factory Nickel overall, light casehardening on the hammer. The grips are sharp with slight wear at the high spots. Mechanically fine. Antique Pre-1898
