1954 Winchester Model 70. Cal. 220 Swift. S# 304121. Bbl. 26" with Rust Blued finish. Hooded ramp bead front sight, rear sight is removed. Weaver 8x40 gloss finished scope w/ external adjs. & standard crosshairs on Weaver mts. Bolt body is numbered to rifle. Trigger has added wide shoe. Vintage Monte Carlo walnut sporter stock w/ the late narrow checkering pattern, swivel bases & plastic buttplate. 1954 Mfg. CONDITION: 90% blue showing minor carry & muzzle wear w/ scratches & spots of freckling. Stock has lightly worn finish showing scattered scratches & marks. Shiny bore with strong rifling. Action is silk smooth and rifle has great balance and fit. One beautiful 67 year old Winchester model 70 in a great recreational caliber.
