Impeccable and extremely scarce PRE WAR Winchester Model 70 in 250-3000 caliber (250 Savage). S/N 50*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1942. Amazing 98-99% condition throughout with all original finishes and only the faintest of handling marks. Undrilled rear receiver bridge. 24" barrel with an excellent bore. All of the rifle's mechanical functions are smooth and proper as well. This is one of the rarest of all Model 70 calibers, representing less than 1/2 of 1% of total production! Certainly among the very best of this rare caliber that you will ever see offered for sale!
