Description:
Merkel combination gun. two sets of barrels Models 210E and 250E
First set: Model 250E over and under 16 guage shot gun, 70% and 65% choke
Second barrel set: Model 210E 16 guage, 70% choke and 7x65R
Manufacture date: 1966
This gun was purchased in Europe in 1966 as an investment by a Dupont executive from whom I bought it. Very few shots through each barrel. Never used for hunting. Rarely out of the gun safe.
Comes with original factory test booklets and test targets, snap caps and sling.
Also comes with a new/contemporary Merkel case.
There is a water stain on the stock from storage and the gun was shipped back to the factory to be inspected and reblued by the manufacturer, the wood has not been touched.
