Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Description:
The P30 is a modern self-defense pistol that semi-replaces older H&K pistols such as the USP. It has many features that make it an excellent competitor to more modern striker fired handguns, while retaining the classic hammer-fired method of operation. Ergonomic features include a grip frame with interchangeable backstraps and lateral side plates allowing the P30 to be adapted to any hand size. Unlike previous H&K pistols such as the USP, the P30 utilizes a modern picatinny rail on the frame for mounting lights and accessories, providing the buyer with a wider range of options than before. The P30 also features an ambidextrous slide stop which also functions as the takedown lever. Like the H&K P7 of 1979, the P30 features polygonal rifling in the bore for the same reasons that Glock Gens 1 thru 4 pistols do – the polygonal bore effectively seals propellant gases behind the bullet, increasing bullet velocity. A polygonal barrel can also outlast a conventionally rifled barrel by thousands of rounds. One other nice feature of the P30 is that the extractor doubles as a loaded chamber indicator. This is useful for safety reasons. The P30 shown in the pictures is the V3 version, which has the frame mounted decocker button next to the hammer. As odd as this sounds, it is actually very easy to operate. The pistol is used but in excellent condition. There is little to no finish wear on the slide and only the most minute wear on the barrel. The ambidextrous slide stop exhibits light wear on the edges. The bore is fairly clean and has no rust or pitting present. The pistol comes with two 15-round magazines, the original box, manual, and alternate backstrap/lateral plates. The P30 gained a great deal of fame when it appeared as the primary sidearm of Keanu Reeves in the film John Wick modified with a custom muzzle brake. There are many aftermarket accessories available for the P30 from HK Parts and others. These include extended magazines, longer barrels, frame-mounted weights, and trigger kits, among others.
