Description:
An Early Circa 1790-1810 Small Pair of French Flintlock Pistols In Very Untouched Condition. All original & complete. The pair of pistols has very nice untouched metal and engraving on the barrels. All of the metal on the pair has an untouched dark patina throughout them. One of the gooseneck hammers is an 1800's period replacement as it is slightly different. The first one most likely broke as they were dainty. They each have iron hardware on them along with an oval silver escutcheon on the backside of the wood. The wood on them is fine throughout with a wonderful dark color to it. The have very tight and crisp actions on them. The pistols only measure 6 inches in length. This Is A Fine Looking Pair Of Very Untouched Early French Flintlock Pistols!
