Description:
A very nice cased percussion parlor pistol by Caron of Paris. Caron worked in Paris and made gallery pistols and cased dueling pistols  from 1843 to 1852.

Bore measures .25" 

Very nice original condition with traces of original blue on barrel. The frame, triggergaurd and butt cap are mostly bright with some staining. The fluted and figured European walnut grip retains almost all of the original finish. The rosewood case lid is slightly warped. Case lining is blue velvet and is original.
