Description:
Anschutz Super Air 2002. This is a high end 10-meter match 17 cal. air rifle, with the model 2018 Anschutz match trigger – which is their best match trigger. It is a single cocking pneumatic air rifle that is incredibly accurate. There is an Anschutz mounting rail over the action that will take BKL scope rings or match receiver sights (see the photo). The stock is fully adjustable. The rifle weighs 10 pounds 10 oz without a scope. The bore is excellent and all of the metal is in very good condition with the normal handling marks of a match rifle. The stock of the rifle slipped out of a case and hit on a tile counter top when I was handling the rifle in the house some 5 years ago. That put a crack in the upper rear buttplate part of the stock where the adjustment screws go through (see the photos) and a hairline crack in the pistol grip part of the stock (see the photo). Those places in the stock do not affect the function or performance of the rifle. I have used 8.44 gr. JSB Match Diabolo Exact pellets in the rifle and they shoot very well. I used it with a scope to practice for silhouette matches and not for 3P type shooting.
