Description:
Winchester Model 70 Pre-War made approximately 1941 in caliber .30-06. It remains in very good condition and appears to be all original and correct. Includes a correct vintage Lyman 48 WJS rear sight that looks to have been factory installed. The bolt is properly numbered and the rear bridge has not been drilled or modified. Pre-War 70's unmodified and original are getting harder to find. Please study the detailed photos for a better idea of the condition--they were taken outside under natural light and show the condition honestly.
