Description:
Rock Island Arsenal Model 1903 in .30-06 Springfield. This is a nice looking rifle and though the metal finish has wear, it is not beat up. The walnut stock and hand guards are in very good condition with a Raritan Arsenal stamp. This is an early rifle made in 1906 and re-barreled with a Springfield barrel date 8-42. This rifle has been back to arsenal at some point in time but the receiver is still in blue and not parkerized. This is a great piece of mililtary history. .30-06 Springfield
