This is the first issue of the 44 Magnum cartridge by Remington .
The box end flap interior is stamped with production Code K20B which indicates that this box was produced in the Second Half of 1956.
The box is in nice condition and will make an excellent display item. There are a total of 49 loaded cartridges in the box of which 33 are original and the remaining period correct from other manufacturers. One end flap is missing and was replaced in a manner that keeps the box original. It remains a wonderful example of the first production by Remington of 44 Magnum ammunition.
