This original blue wool covered Horstmann marked around the neck of the spout canteen, are extremely hard to find in a complete state. This blue wool covering is totally intact as is the original chain and stopper, the linen carrying strap is worn and broken in one area , but still strung and in tacked except for the separation , an original Horstmann Canteen is hard to find and in this shape almost impossible, most are in collections long ago. 859-533-5445.
