Description:
**SOLD** LC Smith Pigeon Grade - 12 gauge, 30" steel barrels, with full & full chokes. The tubes are shiny and the outside is excellent, with a couple light dings. Ivory hour glass front bead. 13 1/2" LOP over an Old English pad, 1 3/8" DAC 1 5/8" DAH, 1 of only 1240 Pigeon Grades made. This one came to life in 1898, so as an antique it can ship direct to your door. I have owned this Elsie for about 20 years. It has bagged a few limits of SD pheasants, but otherwise found it's home in the cabinet. The beautiful wood was brought back to life with an excellent oil finish and new fine checkering. The barrels were restored by Simmons Gunworks in KC. They also had the engraved pigeon on the top of the rib retraced. Lever is slight left of center, but locks up tight, The ejectors "pop" but do not eject. I have never put a lot of effort into getting them fixed as an extractor works for me. $50 UPS ground shipping. No CA sales. Thank you!
