Here is a vintage Dixie Gun Works DGG 1860 Army .44 caliber STEEL frame Army Model pistol reproduction. The original manufactured date of this pistol was 1982 (AI). This vintage very well built revolver bears the logo "DGG" in honor of the company's original Italian founders "Gassi, Doninelli and Grazzola". It does not show any signs of ever being fired; obviously, it has been very well cared for. This is a factory original Army Model. The bore is shiny and cylinder chambers are clear. The nipples are like factory new. This service revolver, originally created by Colt for the Union army during the war of the North and South. is a must for every black powder collector and shooter. The richly blued .44 caliber barrel contrasts handsomely with the case hardened steel frame. With walnut grips. Authentic in every detail to give you the same experience as during the Civil War. .
