Description:
Offered is an average Winchester Model 1892 solid frame rifle with a 24” octagon barrel chambered in .38-40. The serial number dates this rifle to 1913. The gun remains in good condition and has a very good bore. The bluing on the barrel is good and the receiver is very good with just some thinning and a few marks. The action works perfectly and the gun is mechanically excellent. The wood is very good and does not have any cracks, dents or chips. This is an above-average Winchester model 1892 and has been part of my family's collection for over 100 years. Bought new by Edward Coleman Romfh, president/chairman/founder of First National Bank of Miami (FL). I offer a three day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped in a hard case via FedEx/UPS Ground with insurance & tracking to your FFL dealer in the continental United States. Cost may be higher if I have to ship through my local dealer. This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment via PayPal.
