This is an outstanding early Factory Engraved 1851 Navy. Much of the original finish is present. The barrel shows approximately 65% original blue. The case hardened frame has silvered with traces of color in protected areas. Most of the original silver remains on the trigger guard and backstrap. The grip is excellent. Part of the cylinder scene is worn off. The loading lever is blued. Mechanically excellent. Bore and chambers appear unfired. A really beautiful and early Factory Engraved Colt 1851 Navy!
