Description:
Serial #F9929, 7.65mm Argentine, 29' barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a splendid looking, all matching rifle that retains 97-98% of the original blue finish on the barrel, with some gray fading near the muzzle, and the original armory bright finish on the receiver and matching bolt. The trigger, rear sight slider and spring, bolt stop, floorplate release and screw heads retain nearly all of their original brilliant fire blue as well. Some dark mottling is present on the modified bayonet lug. All of the metal markings, including the Argentine crest, are crisp and clear. The stock rates fine, with some scattered handling marks and blemishes, and the Argentine cartouches are crisp and clear. This is a fantastic example of a desirable, non-import marked, Argentine Model 1909 rifle, and rates excellent overall. FFL or C&R
