Description:
Colt U.S. Army Model of 1917 Revolver in .45ACP. SN #94838. Mfg. 1917-1918. 5 1/2" Barrel with a FINE Bright Bore with STRONG RIFLING. The Blued Metal looks to have been re-done at some point in the past. Replacement Grips with Rampant Colt Medallion. Has numbers 8 over a 1 on the backstrap. Uses Moon Clips and 1 Moon Clip is included with Revolver. Can be fired without using Moon Clips but then must be hand ejected. Single and Double Action. Used in WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam. MECHANICALLY EXCELLENT with TIGHT LOCK-UP. Weight: 2.49 lbs. Trigger Pull: 5 1/2 lbs. More photos available upon request. Ships to Lower 48 W/ Insurance $35.00.
