A pair of cased, Reburbished Colt Revolvers with Factory Letters, SAA sent to Walter Tips, Austin, Texas 1899 and a Colt Bisley Model sent to Simmons Hardware in St. Louis, MO in 1905, Both in refurbished condition with 99% finish, The SAA has it's original 4 3/4' BBL and is the 41 Colt caliber as indicated in the letter. The Bisley was originally a 32/20 caliber but has been rebarreled in the 41 Colt caliber with a 5 1/2" barrel. Both have very good bores and I believe they are unfired since the rework. The grips on the SAA appear to be replacements and the Bisley appear to be the original grips. They are cased in a professional Maghognay wood case (15"x3"x7") with a reproduction Colt label and a key. The barrel gloss in the photos are from refelective light.
