NOTE: THE COLT R6551 SPORTER TARGET MODEL IS SOLD. The other half of this combo listing, the R6551DC conversion kit, is still available, at a reduced price, of course. It is a complete upper that converts the Sporter and AR-15 models with a sear block into a 16" 1/9 twist HBAR carbine like rhe Colt AR-15A3 R6721 Tactical Carbine, and is new old stock, so never fired. It comes in a matching serial-numbered blue label box, plus the pivot pin hole is small milspec. There are enough photos that should tell the story of what is being offered here. No FFL is required. Buyer to pay actual costs for shipping and insurance. USPS money order or Cashier's Check only, please. No sales will be made to California, and no magazines come with this upper. Buyer is advised to know the laws of their state. A three day inspection and return period is offered, beginning with the day the item is delivered to buyer, provided that the item is returned, unfired, and in the exact same condition in which it was shipped. Buyer pays shipping and insurance on returns both ways. Seller reserves the right to sell this item locally or elsewhere.
