Description: Browning Citori Superlight 28ga - 28” Barrels - M/F - ca. 1982 - New In Box - Stiff Like Never Assembled - Cosmoline Still Present - TIGHT!!  First things first - THIS IS A 28" Superlight... there were very few made in 28" and this is the first of which I've ever listed for sale - most superlight guns had 26.5" barrels - I put a coat of TimberLuxe on the wood because it sat in its box since 1982 - I also wrestled with the cosmoline a bit when assembling trying the action - it needs to be shot and then oiled again - then another coat of TimberLuxe and repeat - super tight action - there are products on the market that will remove the cosmoline without much adieu - love the 28" barrels, the MF chokes and the NIB condition.  Facts: 1.  28" Superlight barrels are RARE 2.  1982 Shotguns NIB without flaw are RARE 3.  This is one the the original waves of sub gauge Superlight guns to the market  ********SCROLL DOWN FOR SPECS******** Quillen-Worfe Fine Gun Collection & Consignments *****Please read prior to making a purchase*****: This is supposed to be fun – so smile!
