Description:
This is a Model 99 TD savage manufactured in 1929 and chambered in 303 Savage. This rifle is a take down model and easily disassembles for easy cleaning or packing. There is a small split in the stock to the left of the rear tang. It looks to have been there for many years and the rifle is still very serviceable. It has a tight smooth action and operates properly. It also has a brass cartridge counter. Truly a working rifle from the past. It looks like the safety has had some peening on the receiver to ensure it stays in place. Can be seen in the picturres. This will make a great shooter.
