Description:
Winchester Model 37, 16 GA that has the less common 30 inch barrel. The combination of being a 16GA and having a 30 barrel is rare. This example has a serial number stamped on the barrel underneath the "Winchester" logo. These guns weren't serial for sale in the U.S. The serial number was only applied to the guns that were going to be exported. This is a rare and sought after variation. This shotgun has been used. However the finish on the barrel looks really good with a few, small imperfections. The receiver shows a small area of blue loss below the release lever. And a couple of small scratches on the bottom of the receiver. The wood has some small handling marks, nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of this shotgun. This rare Winchester will compliment any Winchester collection!!
